1.4 Support Requests
When Client contacts support, we collect the contact details and the information Client provides about the request.
1.5 Website Visits
The adasintelligence.ai website does not use analytics or advertising cookies. Like any website, our hosting provider, Netlify, receives technical information such as IP address, browser type, and the pages requested in order to deliver the site, and Google receives the same technical information when the site loads fonts from Google Fonts. If you email us, we receive your email address and message.

We use information to:
- Provide, maintain, and support the Subscription Services, including generating Output from Client Data.
- Create and manage accounts, process payments, and send service, billing, and security emails.

3. How We Share Information
We do not sell Client Data or personal information. As set out in Section 7.3 of the Agreement, we share information only with:
- Service providers that help us operate ADAS Intelligence, such as cloud hosting and storage, payment processing (Stripe), email delivery, and vehicle data services such as VIN decoding, subject to confidentiality and security requirements.
- Integrations Client connects or authorizes, such as estimating, repair management, scheduling, and accounting systems, as described in Section 9 of the Agreement.
When Client sends reports, quotes, or invoices, or invites body shops to its guest portal, Client is choosing to share that information.
Anonymized and aggregated data does not identify Client or any individual and may be used as described in the Agreement.
4. Ownership of Client Data
As set out in the Agreement, Client owns Client Data. We host, process, and use Client Data to provide and improve the Subscription Services under the license Client grants in Section 6.1 of the Agreement.
5. Data Retention
We keep account information and Client Data while Client’s subscription is active. After cancellation, we keep it for a limited period in case the subscription is reactivated, and we may keep records longer where needed for legal, tax, accounting, audit, or dispute purposes. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or make it anonymous.
6. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information, and we limit access to people and service providers who need it to operate ADAS Intelligence. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. Client is responsible for keeping its login credentials secure, as described in Section 5 of the Agreement.
